# About Tatenda Zhou

I am a Software & Systems Architect and SRE with 10+ years in enterprise software. I design and ship systems end-to-end — from the first prototype to a production deployment with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring and alerting behind it.

## What I build

- **AI agents.** Production agents and multi-agent systems, taken from prototype to reliable, observable deployment.
- **Web3.** Smart contracts and on-chain tooling, integrated with real products and real users.
- **Native mobile.** iOS & Android apps built for the store — auth, payments, polish, the whole path.
- **End-to-end & SRE.** Cloud infra, CI/CD, monitoring & alerting. I own reliability, not just features.

## For business leaders

I run **executive AI-adoption workshops**: hands-on sessions that get a whole team using AI daily, so productivity and ROI actually go up. They are practical, tailored to how your business works, and measured by what changes afterwards.
